This ritual unites Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the philosophy of Kokoru
Kintsugi ̶ healing from the inside out ̶ to strengthen body, mind, and spirit. It is
designed to build resilience, enhance energy flow, and nurture natural immunity.
1. Morning Ritual ̶ Awaken and Seal Your Energy
Purpose: Strengthen Wei Qi (defensive energy) and awaken Prana flow.
• Drink warm water with lemon or ginger upon waking to clear toxins.
• Perform a warm oil self-massage (abhyanga) with coconut, sesame, or moringa oil.
Add a drop of eucalyptus or tea tree essential oil for protection.
• Breathe deeply, visualizing golden light expanding through your lungs.
Affirmation: “I am grounded in light. My breath protects and nourishes me.”
2. Nourish the Inner Terrain ̶ Build Vital Qi & Ojas
Viruses cannot thrive in a balanced, nourished body.
Island-friendly immune foods:
• Fish or chicken broths with turmeric, garlic, and ginger.
• Cooked vegetables like pumpkin, moringa leaves, cabbage, carrots, and green
papaya.
• Warming grains: millet, rice, or quinoa with a drizzle of coconut oil.
Herbal infusions:
• Lemongrass + ginger + lime leaf tonic.
• Tulsi or moringa tea for immune strength.
• Cinnamon + clove tea for respiratory protection.
Avoid cold drinks, raw salads, sugar, and heavy dairy.
3. Breath, Movement, and Energy Flow
Practice 10‒20 minutes of gentle Qi Gong, slow dance, or rhythmic breathing daily to
activate lymph and lung meridians.
Massage the neck, scalp, and ears using Kokoru Kintsugi techniques to stimulate
immunity and clear stagnation.
End in stillness, focusing on the heart as light expands outward.
4. Home & Air Purification

• Diffuse eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary, or frankincense oils daily.
• Open windows for natural air circulation.
• Burn dried herbs such as sage, rosemary, or lemongrass weekly.
• Keep a bowl of salt water near doors to absorb stagnant energy.
5. Evening Ritual ̶ Reset & Rejuvenate
Purpose: Calm the nervous system and prepare for deep repair.
• Take a warm bath or foot soak with sea salt, ginger, and lavender oil.
• Sip golden milk (turmeric + coconut milk + cinnamon).
• Reflect on three things you are grateful for.
• End with the AUMA mantra in silence, sending peace to the world.
6. Spiritual Immunity ̶ Your Invisible Shield
Emotional and spiritual harmony strengthen your energetic protection.
• Practice loving-kindness meditation and gratitude.
• Avoid fear-based news and draining interactions.
• Align with natural cycles ̶ sleep early, rise with the sun.
